Gladius Brut by Terre de La Custodia is a D.O.C. sparkling wine from the Colli Martani, located in the heart of Umbria. It is a Metodo Classico (Traditional Method) produced from Grechetto and Pinot Nero grapes. The vineyards are situated in the Torrececcona di Todi area at an altitude of approximately 500 meters above sea level. These 15-year-old vines are trained using the spurred cordon system in soil that is predominantly medium-textured with a tendency toward clay. The vineyard covers about 2 hectares with a planting density of 5,000 vines per hectare and an average yield of 10,000 kg per hectare
