To ensure they arrive intact and fresh throughout Italy and abroad, we rely on a selection of trusted express couriers such as BRT, TNT, DPD, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. We choose the best courier based on the destination to guarantee punctuality, reliability, and speed.

Every order is prepared with artisanal care. We use high-performance thermal polystyrene (EPS) packaging, slow-release gel ice packs, and an internal protection system that keeps products stable, secure, and perfectly sealed. This refrigerated system maintains a constant temperature throughout transit, even during the hottest periods of the year, so your products arrive as if they were just packaged.

It may take one to three business days from the time of your purchase for your order to be shipped. This time allows us to carefully select each product and package it according to our signature freshness standards. In some cases, shipping doesn't happen immediately; every departure is planned to avoid unnecessary stops at courier warehouses and to protect our perishable products from potential risks. For this reason, we follow a precise shipping schedule: for Central and Northern Italy, we ship from Monday to Thursday, while for Southern Italy and the Islands, shipments only depart until Tuesday to avoid unforeseen delays. For international destinations, both within the European Union and non-EU countries, shipments are made exclusively on Monday and Tuesday. This extra care allows us to maintain the highest level of quality all the way to your table.
